2016 has been a great year for books – here we’ve brought together a roundup of roundup! Lots of keen readers, booksellers, authors and illustrators have brought together their top tips for Christmas or their best of 2016. Come and find all the best advice in one place!

CBI Chair, Valerie Coghlan, has a roundup of the best picturebooks of 2016 in the Irish Times – featuring a number of Irish authors and illustrators.

 

The Irish Times also features a slew of authors, illustrators, and booksellers (including Laureate na nÓg PJ Lynch) writing about their favourite children’s and YA books of 2016. A round-up of festive reads by Claire Hennessy suggests lots of Christmassy books for children of all ages and appears alongside Claire’s best books of 2016.
