Inis is the magazine of Children's Books Ireland. Within these pages you will find features and articles on Irish and international children's books as well as in-depth reviews of new titles for children and teenagers. Unless we can learn to 'read' film with the same analytical skill and understanding of structure and techniques that we bring to our reading of books, we are missing out on a whole area of fiction experience as surely as are the teenage boys whose disdain for reading we bemoan."
