Irelandopedia: Weather

Irelandopedia Weather is one of four new boardbooks from the creators of Irelandopedia.

Weather is an Irish/English edition, allowing grown-up readers to teach little ones about the weather, and to have fun saying the words in Irish. This book and its companions are a lovely starter pack for parents who want to introduce and encourage speaking cúpla focal at home.

The square books are cleverly sized for smaller hands and pre-readers will love the childlike illustrations and colourful pages. These are perfect books to have packed in the nappy bag for journeys, appointments, or just quiet playtime.

While this can absolutely be appreciated by non-Irish speakers, as the English words are above the Irish, it would have been lovely to see the phonetic pronunciation printed too. Perhaps it would invite non-Irish speakers to start learning the Irish language with their little ones.
