Eoin Colfer announced as Laureate na nÓg

National Collection of Children’s Books

*This post is dated December 12th, 2013*   Dr Keith O’Sullivan (Church of Ireland College of Education) and Dr Pádraic Whyte (Trinity College Dublin) have received funding to establish a National Collection of Children’s Books to help establish Dublin as a world centre of children’s literature research.

CBI Announces New Director

CBI Awards Shortlist Revealed!

*This post is dated March 19th, 2013*   The shortlist for the 23rd CBI Book of the Year Awards was revealed today, Tuesday March 19th 2013. Each of the ten titles will compete for six awards, which includes the innovative Children’s Choice Award voted for by ten junior juries located across the country.

CBI Book of the Year Awards Winners 2013!
