Lavoie’s graphic simple shapes, bright colours and use of white space makes this book a refreshing read. The pages are beautifully designed and paced, and simply funny. Each page has one to two lines of text making this a wonderful and accessible book for early readers. The book is beautifully finished including a different attractive jacket cover to the book cover.
Toto’s Apple is an uplifting, delightful book for all young readers, and especially the problem solvers. You will want to read this book again and again.
